Determining the child’s sex and optimal days for conception

From the earliest times, would-be parents have not only been willing to know who they would give birth to – a boy or a girl – but also tried to influence on the future child’s sex even before its conception. Any means at hand would be used: diets, the spouses’ ritual acts before and in conceiving a baby, their positions as to the four sides of the world at this so crucial a moment, the music that the woman awaiting a child is expected to listen to, and things (either long or round) she should look at. Today, we know that a usual, spontaneous conception of a child provides relatively equal chances for birth of a boy and a girl. In other words, you are just as likely to conceive a child belonging to either sex. So, is there a way to help prospective parents?

Unfortunately, there is no method for independent domiciliary planning on the future child’s sex. Most methods suitable for domiciliary use have not been scientifically confirmed, while science-backed, highly-reliable methods of child-conception planning, as a rule, can only be implemented in clinics and are highly priced. What the can provide is to increase the probability of conceiving a certain sex child from 50% to 70%, with even this 70% not being a guarantee enough for birth of a healthy and quality child.

There is one more downside to this: the man is interfering with natural process, paving the way for possible disturbances in it. For example, artificial insemination may to a certain degree disturb the cells’ environment, and the cells getting in contact with each other in the test-tube conception may be far from the best and strongest, which are crucially important for conception of a quality baby.
